What makes me qualified?
I have a BA in Psychology and I graduated from Beautiful You Coaching Academy and where I earned my ICF certification. I have also achieved my yoga teacher certification from Passion Yoga School.
I now work with incredible women who want to experience an in depth confidence and mindset shift and feel amazing about themselves.
I know how it feels to struggle with confidence and mindset. I know what it's like to not feel amazing in your own skin and feel like the only voice you hear is your own inner critic. I know how it feels to desperately want more from your life, to want more for yourself and to crave deeper connection, but not know where to start.
I broke free from those patterns and now I've made it my mission to help you do the same.
I did it – so why can’t you? I told my limiting beliefs that they weren’t welcome. I got to know my fears so I could SEE when/where they were coming up and getting in my way. I discovered what self love felt like. I learned how to create a life that worked for me and made me insanely happy.
My journey through life has taught me some hard lessons. But it’s led me to guide other incredible women to live every day with positivity and gratitude. It’s led me to hold space for incredible women to be grow, to hold you as you transform and to commit to your expansion.
Who Am I & How Did I Get Here?
I'll be honest with you, when I was in university I was not in touch with who I was or what I really wanted. I was studying something I was not interested in, living a lifestyle that didn't serve me, in an emotionally challenging relationship and was not living with passion.
I felt like I wasn’t in control of my life or my emotions or how I dealt with things. I was overcome by fear and self doubt.
I felt like life was happening to me and I had no power.
I knew it was time for a huge change, but I didn’t know where to start.
I implemented habits that I thought were supposed to make my life better, but none of them stuck or felt aligned with who I was. These habits weren't going to fix what was at the root of the problem.
What I needed was support. I needed to show up for myself, lovingly call myself out on my BS and challenge my perception of what was "right" for me.
I took control of my life and looked inward. I learned where my fears were coming from, what was holding me back, what I REALLY wanted for myself and who I truly am.
I started having conversations with myself that were long overdue and I learned what it means to be deeply self aware. I learned that there is no roadmap to life that every person should follow and that it's okay to make your own path!
Now, I am awake.
I am aware of my fears and desires. I used to be scared that my sensitivity would hold me back in life and that being emotional was a bad thing. I now know that this is actually gift that I get to share with other women. My love of connection and ability to empathize with people lead me to my passion.
Now, I am in tune with who I am - a woman who knows the power of mindset, is confident in her abilities, and enthusiastic about helping other women bloom.
Everything changed for me. Inside and out.
I now focus on alignment instead of doing the "right" thing or what everyone else is doing.
I developed self-love practices and wellness routines that I do because they make me feel amazing (not because I "should" be doing them).
I know when self sabotage is coming up and how to move through it.
I know what it feels like to be the real ME and to listen to my inner guidance.
I am confident in who I am and am not afraid to show up authentically.
I ignited my inner fire and freed myself from my negative mindset.
