Unleash Your Inner Power and Live On Purpose: Shifting into Empowerment (and out of victim mode)

YOU are the creator of your reality. When I first started my journey of personal development, I believed that I was being WRONGED by life, people were MAKING me feel bad about myself, and I was trapped. But, in reality, I was refusing to take control of my life because I was scared. It took months of building self-trust, shadow work and deeply feeling to free myself from the cage I had put myself in.

They say "nothing changes if nothing changes," and it couldn't be more true. Real success? It's all about shifting the narrative, from feeling like life's happening to you to realizing it's happening for you. It's about switching from a victim mindset to an empowered, self-loving one, where deep self-assurance drives your choices, not fear.

Here's a powerful roadmap to make that mindset shift:
Life is not something that happens to you; it is something you create:
In every moment, the thoughts you think, the beliefs you hold, the emotions you feel, the energy you radiate and the actions you take are creating your life.
Perfectly Imperfect: Give yourself permission to make mistakes. Perfection isn't the goal; progress is. It's okay to stumble, fall, and get back up again. Those "mistakes" are simply stepping stones on your journey to becoming the best version of yourself.
You're the Captain of Your Ship: Seize each day with intention! You're not a passenger; you're the driver of your life. Step outside that cozy comfort zone; that's where the magic happens. Take risks, try new things, and watch as your world expands before your eyes. Live on purpose.
You're limitless: Every thought, belief, emotion, and action is shaping your reality. So, choose wisely. Believe in yourself, radiate positivity, and watch as the universe aligns with your dreams.

So, if what was currently happening inside of you, was being mirrored in your life?

If you feel that:
- I have no control over what happens to me
- My emotions and feelings are caused by what other people think of me
- I have no power to create change
- My thoughts are not in my control
- Why should I even try? I can't make real change
- My reality determines how I feel
- I am not responsible for the outcomes of my efforts

…Then you will be unable to create what you truly desire.

We often believe that happiness comes from external change. But more often than not, this happiness expires. We need to look at internal transformation - What you think, feel, believe, and perceive creates an energy within you that overflows into your external world. Take charge of your inner world to change your outer world.

We see reoccurring themes in our external life - in our relationships, in finance, in motivation, in career, in our physical bodies. It’s easier to place blame on our circumstance than in is to discover the root cause of take ownership. And we forget to look inward to check on ourselves and say “why is this happening?”.

Inner transformation comes from letting go fear driven, old, disempowering patterns. It's HARd, but it’s the ultimate form of self love. That’s why the inner work that is hard and time consuming and overwhelming and emotional is SO important.

The first step to taking control of your life and becoming the true creator of your reality is to look at the STORY of your life and take inventory. What’s repetitive? What’s the theme? Is this story a result of a belief system you have in place? And (most importantly) are you okay with it? Does this external world really represent who I want to be? What beliefs do you need in order to make your reality a waking dream?
